  • “We recently booked with Native Adventures Hawai`i and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our tour guide, Eli, was incredibly professional and genuinely friendly, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. He transported us to our event in one of their large vans, which was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The company was extremely organized and time-efficient. Everything ran smoothly, and we never had to worry about logistics. Eli’s professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced our experience.

Native Adventures Hawai`i offers a variety of different tours and experiences to choose from, making it easy to find something that fits your needs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service in Hawaii. We will definitely use them again in the future!”

  • “As someone who has used several tour and transportation companies while traveling, I can confidently say Native Adventures Hawai`i stands out. From the moment we were picked up, the experience was seamless and stress-free.

Eli, our guide and driver, was outstanding. He was not only professional but also incredibly personable, striking the perfect balance between being informative and giving us space to enjoy the ride. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about his guests’ experience.”

  • “The entire experience felt less like a tour and more like being shown around by a friend who grew up here. Eli shared rich cultural stories and brought us to places even most locals don’t visit. If you’re the kind of traveler who prefers off-the-beaten-path experiences over crowded tourist stops, this is exactly what you’re looking for. It was personal, seamless, and truly special.”

  • "I had the privilege of spending time on the Big Island with Eli Kipillʻi, a several-generation Hawaiʻi native and the owner of Native Adventures Hawaiʻi — and it was truly one of the most meaningful travel experiences I’ve ever had.

While Eli certainly shows you the iconic places people come to Hawaiʻi to see, what sets him apart is everything beyond the obvious. His deep roots in the islands give him an extraordinary ability to share the culture, history, and spirit of Hawaiʻi in a way that no standard tour ever could. Throughout the day, Eli offered personal insight into Hawaiian traditions, values, and ways of life that you simply don’t get from guidebooks or bus tours.

One of the absolute highlights was a day spent on secluded beaches near South Point — places only a longtime local would know. We watched whales offshore in a setting that felt untouched and timeless. For lunch, Eli caught fresh fish using a traditional throw net and prepared it over an open fire right on the beach. Sharing that meal, freshly caught and simply cooked, was an experience I’ll never forget.

Eli is knowledgeable, respectful of the land, warm, and generous with his time and stories. If you want more than a checklist tour—if you want to feel Hawaiʻi, understand it, and experience it through the eyes of someone who truly belongs there—Native Adventures Hawaiʻi is the way to go. I cannot recommend Eli and his tours highly enough."
